My family and I moved to the North State from Southern California in November of 1991.

I left a beautiful lake community called “Spring Valley Lake” and my Real Estate Career, to bring my children here to be able to live a better life. Shasta County is amazing with all of its beauty and the people here are so great.

I fell in love with Redding the first time I came here in 1978 for a house boat trip. I was turning 21 and wanted to go bar hopping around Lake Shasta, after all, the brochure showed the Tail of the Wail Restaurant and Bar overlooking Lake Shasta. I thought that was one of many bars around the lake (at that time it was the only one)!

Instead, with no bars to hop, I came to love the peacefulness and beauty of Lake Shasta and the dream of living here never ended.

I have been a Full Time licensed agent since 1989. I have consistently been a Top Producer.

I have specialized in New Home Communities. I was the listing agent and ran the sales team for Tierra Oaks Estates, Crown Estates, The Vineyards at Anderson, Fluer de lac, Monte De Las Flores, Brooks Valley, Quail Run, and several others.

I specialize in working with New Home Buyers and I am a certified New Homes Specialist.

I am also a Certified Pre-Views Agent specializing in Luxury Home Sales.

Residential Re-sales, Lot sales and working with buyers is my life. I love it and work very hard on getting things done. I am a good negotiator and will always do my best for every customer.
